We extend the following limited warranty to the original purchaser of our products with proof of purchase.
What is covered:
- Materials / Parts are covered for 1 year.
- Manufacturer defects (reported within 90 days).
- Shipping damage (reported within 7 days).
What is not covered:
- Variations in materials of products not ordered at the same time.
- Natural color changes to materials that take place over time.
- Variations as stated on our Color / Measurement / Materials Disclaimer page, HERE.
- Broken carrier stems and control ends (on vertical blind headrails) after 30 days.
- Labor or diagnostic costs of any problems or issues with our products.
- Product failure due to any of the following:
- Improper installation or operation
- Misuse or abuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from heat, sunlight, moisture, pets or insects
- Our Vertical Blind Headrails are not intended or designed to be used with Vertical Fabric Sheers, only 3.5″ vertical blinds. Any use of additional fabric or other slat enhancements will void the warranty.
Warranty Issue Resolution:
Warranty Replacement: If the product falls within the warranty period and was mis-made, is defective, or has shipping damage, we will replace it at no charge, including shipping costs. Products will be replaced with like / similar products, material and / or parts if any product, material and / or parts have been discontinued. To initiate warranty process, please contact us and provide pictures / video showing the issue. In the case of a product that is not operating properly, a troubleshooting process will be initiated before a remake can be issued.
Re-order / Replacement Policy:
- For all mis-ordered or mis-measured horizontal products, Blind Slats will offer a 50% discount off all horizontal slat and valance products, excluding shipping, to the original customer. Please call to report the mis-order and receive the discount.
- For all mis-ordered or mis-measured vertical products, Blind Slats will offer a 25% discount off all vertical slat and headrail products, including shipping, to the original customer. Please call to report the mis-order and receive the discount.

This warranty takes the place of all other stated warranties, whether written or oral. In no event shall we be liable for incidental or consequential damages that may result from any defect in product or breach of this warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and may also include other rights which may vary from state to state.
